Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) are typical components of complex organic mixtures like liquid and solid fossil fuels as well as tars derived from combustion and/or pyrolysis of coal and hydrocarbon fuels. A method based on the UV-Visible spectroscopic technique has been developed for the semi-quantitative analysis of PAH into the organic carbon of the particulate matter sampled in fuel-rich sooting flames.

Abstract
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) are typical components of complex organic mixtures like liquid and solid fossil fuels as well as tars derived from combustion and/or pyrolysis of coal and hydrocarbon fuels. A method based on the UV-Visible spectroscopic technique has been developed for the semi-quantitative analysis of PAH into the organic carbon of the particulate matter sampled in fuel-rich sooting flames.File in questo prodotto:
