Il volontariato europeo come “fare organizzativo”. Concetti, impatti e pratiche

The Third Sector participates with other non-profit organizations in taking the word of the Government on the failure of the contract. It has had as a result of bureaucratic inefficiencies and low administrative qualifications. As an effect of this word takes, the distribution of care indiscriminately assumes an even more restrictive economic specification. In the reorganization of the care system, the task of public policies no longer seems to be the reduction of inequalities, but the containment of public spending, also obtained with a gradual increase in discursive pressure around the themes of effectiveness and performance efficiency. In this scenario, the Third Sector acquires the role of promoter of “civil society”, and as already written, it also participates in the different organization of the welfare state and citizenship.
