Administrative acts are the means by which public institutions construct policy and govern it, thus guiding, incentivizing and constraining the actions and interactions among the actors called upon to implement those policies. From a methodological point of view, secondary analysis of administrative acts is an investigative technique that can make a significant contribution to the knowledge of how policies to prevent and combat violence are constructed and evolve. As part of ViVa project, the National Research Council has constructed a specific database called LARA - Legislation and Regional Acts against Violence, that collects all the acts adopted by the Regions in the area of violence against women since 2001. The poster aims to highlight the potential of this tool and the analyses that can be conducted on it, starting from the outcomes it produced in the Final Evaluation of the National Strategic Plan on Violence Against Women 2017-2020. In particular, it made it possible to understand how the Italian Regions transposed and interpreted the Plan's guidelines and to highlight a considerable territorial fragmentation of the measures adopted and of the capacity of these measures to prompt the construction of "territorial systems" capable of supporting women victims of violence.

Abstract
In particular, it made it possible to understand how the Italian Regions transposed and interpreted the Plan's guidelines and to highlight a considerable territorial fragmentation of the measures adopted and of the capacity of these measures to prompt the construction of "territorial systems" capable of supporting women victims of violence.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
