Moving towards quality 5.0: an internet of vehicle example

To improve the quality of and better orchestrate its process, the paper introduces the Quality 5.0 paradigm, i.e. human-centric automated testing activities focused on software system and ecosystem security and privacy with the final purpose of increasing end-users satisfaction, reputation, and trustworthiness. To show the proposal's feasibility, Quality 5.0 has been exemplified in the field of the Internet of Vehicles domain. Quality 5.0 integrated with technological innovation will enhance sustainability, social responsibility and quality of life.
