A tour of cybersecurity and quality 5.0

The concept of quality is continuously evolving and adapting to the new digital transformation proposals and solutions at the software or hardware level and precisely the cybersecurity attributes. From the existing Quality 4.0 principles, this paper overviews the evolution of quality to the new concept of Quality 5.0, passing through Industry 4.0 to 5.0. Thus, it provides a systematic survey of the state-of-the-art and a list of open challenges for addressing future research activity in Quality 5.0. It focuses on human-centricity and cybersecurity issues and provides a preliminary conceptual solution for identified challenges.
