Deliverable 6.1 details the activities and results gained under Task 6 of the specific contract No. 4 of the FWC EASME/2020/OP/0021 (EMFAF/2021/3.1.2/03), "Hosting, maintenance and further development of the Regional Database for the Mediterranean and the Black Sea" (RDBFIS). The RDBFIS system aims to centralize Med&BS fisheries data, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and reducing the burden of multiple submissions by EU Member States (MSs). The objective of Task 6 was to ensure the project's updates were disseminated through active participation of its core team members in key meetings throughout the duration of the specific contract. Task 6 attended seven meetings in 2023 and twelve meetings in 2024, which have been selected together with Task 0 and DG-MARE. For each meeting attended, this deliverable summarized its working context and the stakeholders involved, the goal of Task 6 participation, the feedback collected and the actions provided by the core team to address the questions asked by the participants. The attendance at the meetings was carried out by following three approaches: 1) slide show presentation, 2) high-level live demonstration of the application and 3) discussion follow-up as observer. The activities presented were tailored to the expertise of the participants, fostering the collection of their contribution to the project. Comments from the audience covered a range of data-related topics, mostly related to technical challenges and improvements, data provision and governance, and future directions for the system upgrade. The results underlined that the meetings provided the opportunity to keep the communication open with a plethora of potential and committed users of the system and reflected the constructive collaboration among the stakeholder communities and the RDBFIS consortium to achieve the project's goal.

Abstract
The results underlined that the meetings provided the opportunity to keep the communication open with a plethora of potential and committed users of the system and reflected the constructive collaboration among the stakeholder communities and the RDBFIS consortium to achieve the project's goal.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
