In the this paper a comparative study is presented of pure rapeseed methylester (RME), RME mixtures with soybean and UFO (Used Fried OIL) percentages and ISO 4113 calibration fluid sprays. The jets development has been analyzed in their spatial and temporal evolution respect to the start of injection (SOI). Comparisons between the two fluids in terms of tip penetrations, cone angles and dispersions are reported.
