This report summarises the gender equality training sessions conducted in six European nations—Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, Slovenia, France, and Malta—as part of the WINBLUE project. These training workshops, which aimed to advance gender equality in the blue economy, provided a forum for information sharing, skill building, and action planning tailored to individual sectors. It presents the training programme and materials for use by trainers.
