D3.2 PDAs implementation models, operational services and financing schemes

This deliverable, part of Tasks T3.2 and T3.3 within the DECISO project, outlines the implementation model for Program Development and Assistance (PDA), operational services for pilot projects, and financing schemes. Task T3.2 designs and implements a PDA model to support circular economy initiatives in pilot regions. Activities include coordinating with partners, creating standardized templates, developing a shared understanding of the PDA model, collecting and analysing data, defining operational structures, delivering key deliverables, and engaging stakeholders through workshops for feedback and training. Task T3.3 identifies suitable financing schemes for pilot initiatives. Activities involve identifying funding needs through questionnaires, analysing existing financial schemes, discussing these in review workshops, and integrating financial services into the PDA tool to enhance its support for securing regional and European funding. These tasks create a dynamic framework to facilitate effective circular economy initiatives and sustainable funding for pilot projects.
