The new E-RIHS Catalogue of Services (CoS) features an advanced dashboard system designed to streamline and manage access activities. This system includes four distinct dashboards, each tailored to support the four different actors involved — User (U), User Helpdesk (UH), Service Manager (SM), and Reviewer (R) — facilitating the organization and management of access to ensure optimal performance for research and its results. Each Dashboard offers different levels of access to the information and data it contains: User (U) – This is the basic access level. The Dashboard provides astandard set of features, allowing Users to update their profilesand manage their proposals. User Helpdesk (UH) – The UH moderates and oversees the entireprocess, assigning different roles through its dashboard. The UHcan communicate and share information with Users, Reviewers,and Service Managers. Reviewer (R) – The Reviewer evaluates proposals that havepassed the feasibility check and provides comments on theevaluation. Service Manager (SM) – The Service Manager is the main contactperson responsible for managing access at a facility (previouslyknown as a provider). Their primary tasks include assessing thefeasibility of proposals and organizing and facilitating accessthrough a co-creation process with the User.
