The aim of the poster is to illustrate some of the results of a study aimed to evaluate which are the economic implications of the substitution of the common used polistyrene fish boxes with the new polipropylene boxes. Bearing in mind the technical features of the two boxes (disposable the first, resusable the second) the research question is: can economic benefits from polystyrene to polypropylene boxes while cutting down the environmental footprint of fish transport?
