Starting from the problematization of the Rousseauian contradiction between pedagogy and politics relating to today’s society inequalities, this paper opens to the perspective that among a neocomunitarian action-research strategy capable of promoting subsidiarity among the two disciplines, the activation of a new digitally aware citizenship can be feasible as long as tackling the multidimensional and multiage phenomena of educational poverties, through participative planning training capable of fostering territorial cohesion, beginning anew from listening to people’s needs and enhancing relational goods for mediating and regenerating one’s community life.
