The paper presents the DAIMON Lab CNR-ISMN approach to the design and implementation of AI and data-driven infrastructures for workflow automation and integration in advanced research and industrial applications. The work focuses on interoperable frameworks, semantic technologies, high-throughput workflows, HPC and data-centric integration to support prediction, automation and technology transfer across application domains such as advanced materials, electronics, energy, manufacturing and smart mobility.
