This dataset was collected as part of a hydrogeological study in the Torre Guaceto coastal aquifer (southern Italy) between April 2022 and July 2024. It includes measurements from a monitoring network of 19 wells (both public and private) and one surface water site located in the largest pond of the area. Parameters monitored include pH, temperature, electrical conductivity (EC), groundwater levels, and selected hydrochemical and isotopic indicators. The wells are located near the coastline, with depths ranging from a few meters to approximately 25 meters. Additional reference sites include a freshwater well (FW) and a seawater site (SW). A vertical EC and temperature log was conducted in well TG14 in October 2023. Long-term monitoring was supported by CTD-Diver® sensors installed in key locations (TG14, TG19, and Pond) to record EC, temperature, and water pressure. A BARO-Diver® was used to measure barometric pressure and air temperature for data correction. Sampling campaigns varied in scope: some included only in situ measurements (EC, temperature, water level), while others involved laboratory analysis of geochemical and isotopic parameters. Water samples were collected either dynamically (from pump outlets after purging) or statically (using a bailer). This dataset provides a valuable resource for understanding groundwater salinization processes in Mediterranean coastal aquifers
