The HTP-AeroChem dataset is devoted to the chemical characterization of the aerosol emitted by heated tobacco products (HTPs) and of the smoke emitted by conventional/commercial cigarettes, usually used as a reference. We curated and harmonized experimental data across studies, addressing methodological inconsistencies in puffing protocols, analytical approaches, reporting formats, and treatment of detection limits.
