The article shows the methodology applied for the safety of monuments damaged by the seismic event happened in "Abruzzo" on 2009 from a review of the types of interventions focusing in detail on three buildings of special interest such as Government House, "Palazzo Centi" Head Quarter of Region Abruzzo and church of Saint Just. In general lines shows the technical and administrative procedure, the general criteria followed for the design and implementation of interventions by both the Fire Department and by private companies.
