Development of point-of-care and wearable devices for healthcare often need disposable biosensors that can meet the demand for ergonomic non-invasive sensors. This article describes the fabrication and characterization of an aptasensor based on a titanium carbide ink for detecting Cystatin C in human sweat. The measurement was performed with a 3-electrode electrochemical cell using Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy. Preliminary results show the potential use of this biosensor in point-ofcare devices for detecting Cystatin C in human sweat with a limit of detection of about 2 ng/mL.

Abstract
Development of point-of-care and wearable devices for healthcare often need disposable biosensors that can meet the demand for ergonomic non-invasive sensors. This article describes the fabrication and characterization of an aptasensor based on a titanium carbide ink for detecting Cystatin C in human sweat. The measurement was performed with a 3-electrode electrochemical cell using Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy. Preliminary results show the potential use of this biosensor in point-ofcare devices for detecting Cystatin C in human sweat with a limit of detection of about 2 ng/mL.File in questo prodotto:
