Digital technology integration in agriculture necessitates interdisciplinary approaches to manage complex socio-technical transitions. This paper presents a methodology for socio-technical process modelling specifically tailored to agricultural Living Labs (LLs), aiming to bridge communication gaps between diverse stakeholders through standard, accessible graphical representations. We apply this methodology to a case study in an Estonian-Latvian LL, focusing on the introduction of drone-based services for semi-natural grassland management and habitat conservation. By utilising UML class diagrams, iStar goal models and BPMN models, we facilitate a collaborative co-design process that captures organisational shifts, system requirements, and workflow transformations. Our results demonstrate that these models effectively translate technical feasibility into operational reality, proving intuitive for non-expert stakeholders while providing a strategic tool for identifying communication bottlenecks and fostering alignment.
