Abstract
The large application of transparent and conducting layers justifies the search of an easy deposition technique, like the thermal evaporation in vacuum. In the present work we optimize Indium Tin Oxide evaporation technique (16% In2O3, 84% SnO2). Then we have studied the electrooptical properties of these films that have been oxided by two different annealing techniques.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
