In this paper we would analyse the custom approach in using the Virtual Reality and the Augmented Reality in shoe shopping experience. The Magic Mirror (MM) is a device that, using AR, fills in the gap of trying-on process of customized shoes. When a client wants to buy a customized pair of shoes, his shoes are not in the shop to be tried-on, because the production department receives the order after the selection. The Magic Mirror will generate the virtual shoe to be overlapped on the customer foot. Such a new way of shopping creates an original approach to the purchasing path: new physical route in the shop, new design of the tool, new interface and most of all new role of the sale people
