2007
Abstract
IEEE 802.16 (WiMAX) is an emerging technology for medium-range wireless communications. Among the technological breakthroughs that could improve its performance, adaptive multi-user resource allocation is one of the most promising. The paper introduces a novel algorithm and provides an insight into some aspects and design issues related to this application. Numerical results rely on the channel models adopted by IEEE 802.16 and highlight the advantages and drawbacks of the selected strategies.File in questo prodotto:
