The aim of the paper is to present some experimental efforts of bacterial leaching of copper sulphur ore of Spaci resource and copper ore waste of Gjegjan Quarry in Albania. The objectives of this study were to investigate developing of the bacterial leaching processes with the copper ore where main mineral is chalcopyrite.Is selected ore from Spaci mine like a opportune mineral because of grade of liberation 80-90 % bygrinding of mineral 60 % - 200mesh, also the ratio of pyrite with chalcopyrite is 3-4 / 1 and wastesfrom quarry of Gjegjan with content of Cu 0,3 % .In the paper are represented some general data ofgeology, and deposit status of region and the water pollution and now that the copper industry inAlbania is stopped. The Bacterial leeching undoubtedly is more efficient and can eliminate the water pollution of copper regions in Albania especially in Gjegjan.In the paper are represented experimental data in laboratory scale and in the experimental large scale (improvisation of heap leaching) to detect the bacteria and course of bioleaching.With circulated solutions it is experimented the cementation and SX with some reagents.It is compiled a preliminary flow sheet of raw material of Gjegjan treatment and its feasibility.
