Abstract
The possibility to use NL CRLH (Non-Linear Composite Right-/Left-Handed) cells to obtain distributed frequency doubler is investigated numerically. It is shown that under certain condition, the conversion efficiency is high for a large input frequency bandwidth. The frequency doubler based on NL CRLH cells needs low number of cells comparing to the classical RH NLTL (Right-Handed Non-Linear Transmission Lines).File in questo prodotto:
