This article announces that the project of the revision of UDC class 1 Philosophy will take place in 2009-2010. This project will be carried out by a group of Italian subject and classification specialists which will cooperate in preparing a proposal for the revision of the class. Such a proposal will be further examined and discussed by the UDC Editorial Team and the UDC Advisory Board.
