This paper describes a system for the management of epidemiologic data. By this system it is possible to simulate the dynamic of the disease in order to define the epidemic or endemic natural trend of a disease by the computation of some epidemiological parameters. The schema of the designed system is proposed. The conditions for the elimination of an infection are given, as well as the identification process of the parameters. Finally, the computation of a coefficient which gives the effectiveness of the intervention proposed by the health manager is described.

Abstract
