Energy audit: from the project phase to the management and working of buildings. Over recent years the applicative meaning of "energy audit" - understood as an indipendent, systematic and documented process for the assessment of energy performance in buildings - tend to be extend not only to the project phase, but also to the management and working phases of the real estate, aiming at the identification of possible interventions fot the upgrading and optimisation of the resources from an energy saving viewpoint. In this area, the ITC-CNR study, research and experiment activities have led to the definition and application of innovative methodological-operational processes and models in the field, which make it possible to monitor energy performance effectively and consequently to decide on the range of congruent "retrofit" interventions to be used in buildings.

Abstract
Energy audit: from the project phase to the management and working of buildings. Over recent years the applicative meaning of "energy audit" - understood as an indipendent, systematic and documented process for the assessment of energy performance in buildings - tend to be extend not only to the project phase, but also to the management and working phases of the real estate, aiming at the identification of possible interventions fot the upgrading and optimisation of the resources from an energy saving viewpoint. In this area, the ITC-CNR study, research and experiment activities have led to the definition and application of innovative methodological-operational processes and models in the field, which make it possible to monitor energy performance effectively and consequently to decide on the range of congruent "retrofit" interventions to be used in buildings.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
