TiO2 materials are expected to play an important role in helping to solve many environmental challenges, and a variety of reviews recently published testify to the great interest and expectations based on titanium oxide materials. Notwithstanding this considerable work, there is still a greater need to understand the link between deposition parameters and the final film photocatalytic properties. This paper is concerned with the study of MOCVD TiO2 anatase film growth specifically focusing on the air decontamination capability of the films, in particular for the degradation of aromatic pollutants at ambient concentrations (ethylbenzene at 50 ?g m-3 was used).

Abstract
TiO2 materials are expected to play an important role in helping to solve many environmental challenges, and a variety of reviews recently published testify to the great interest and expectations based on titanium oxide materials. Notwithstanding this considerable work, there is still a greater need to understand the link between deposition parameters and the final film photocatalytic properties. This paper is concerned with the study of MOCVD TiO2 anatase film growth specifically focusing on the air decontamination capability of the films, in particular for the degradation of aromatic pollutants at ambient concentrations (ethylbenzene at 50 ?g m-3 was used).File | Dimensione | Formato | |
