The resistance to stains of ceramic tiles is one of the most difficult requirements to be achieved due to complex chemical and physical interactions occurring between staining agents and ceramic surfaces, both during soiling process and cleaning operations. Furthermore, an extremely wide range of substances is able to stain the ceramic surfaces by different soiling mechanisms. Some surface features can also change during the tile life because of damages due abrasion, chemical attack and so on.

Abstract
The resistance to stains of ceramic tiles is one of the most difficult requirements to be achieved due to complex chemical and physical interactions occurring between staining agents and ceramic surfaces, both during soiling process and cleaning operations. Furthermore, an extremely wide range of substances is able to stain the ceramic surfaces by different soiling mechanisms. Some surface features can also change during the tile life because of damages due abrasion, chemical attack and so on.File in questo prodotto:
