Healthcare structures are organised in a complex and heterogeneus network according to their aims and activities. According to the trend to reduce the human presence devoted to organise and coordinate activities we decided to entrust control, planning and communication activity to a computerized system. DAta involved in the previous activiity are usually of different types (images, text,...). They can be split in control data and clinical data. This one is devoted to be stored in the medical folder. Thee communication of the health care structures was strictly connected to the system for the management of multimedia medical folder CADMIO.
