In this paper we consider the planning and management of the activities in health-care structures. Health-care structures are spatially distributedand they are organised according to a heterogeneus network depending on their aims and activity kind. Physician and workers of different health-care structures have to cooperate for prevention and patient healt-care. Moreover each health-care structure is an independent entity with its own informative and organizational system. Decision making responsibility, and, consequently control process activity, in health-care structure is usually distributed according to a hierarchical approach. Usually, all health workers participate in these activities and the time expended is very high. In this paper we propose the intelligent agent architecture devoted to support the planning and to coordinate activities of different structure, and adopted in the system for the management of medical folder CADMIO [mIN95].
