Abstract
A review of a boundary integral methodology for unified analysis of aerodynamics and aeroacoustics of rotors is presented. The emphasis is here on acoustics although some recent developments in rotational-flow aerodynamics are included in order to show that the aeroacoustic formulation is not necessarily limited to potential flows. Theoretical and numerical comparisons with classical boudary integral formulations (Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings and Kirchhoff) are included.File in questo prodotto:
