Excess molar enthalpies, H-m(E), and excess molar volumes, V-m(E), of the binary mixtures of dimethyl carbonate or diethyl carbonate + acetic acid or propionic acid have been determined at 298.15 K as a function of composition using a flow microcalorimeter and a digital density meter. Excess values have been correlated with the Redlich-Kister equation, and smoothed data plots are presented.
