In this paper we discuss the new frontiers of using Internet and Social Networks for exchanging goods or services by swapping, using knowledge derived from relations that build social network. General concept: business logic and concept of exchange optimization algorithm are proposed for the emerging business approach. In particular, it is proposed a holistic approach, which involves the community knowledge shaping and management by a web platform, jointly with a graph approach to represent exchange relations and solve 1-1 exchange problem. Exchanges are managed according to knowledge on the community members, the domain knowledge (the knowledge on products and goods) and the operational knowledge. The exchange problem involves social networks, people's will or needs and goods to be exchanged presented in form of a graph. The concept of an algorithm for optimization is described in the article.
