Abstract
In the present work gold and silver nanostructures with different morphology, have been synthesized and characterized by means of morphological and spectroscopic analytical tools. In particular, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy has been used to assess the nanomaterial surface chemical state. Both gold and silver nanomaterials showed interesting perspective in bioanalytical applications, as non-conventional desorption/ionization promoters in Laser Desorption/Ionization Mass Spectrometry.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
