Four specimens from 442 to 490 mm total length of Notomyxine tridentiger (Garman, 1899) (Myxiniformes, Myxinidae) were caught by trawling off Uruguay coasts from December 2013 to February 2014. According to the available knowledge, these specimens are the first records for the Uruguayan waters.
