Metadati di sensori: esemplari tipo precompilati ed editing assistito per generare SensorML corretti

Although the creation of correct, complete and compliant metadata is crucial for the discovery and access of resources provided by web services - such as the Sensor Web Enablement (SWE) initiative ones - often it represents the actual bottleneck in service implementation. Metadata editing, in fact, is extremely time and labour consuming, error prone and subjective, particularly as regards some SensorML metadata elements, such those related to the description of systems. Here we propose a solution exploiting an authoring tool for aiding metadata creation of sensors, complemented with some metadata specimen, pre-compiled according to the sensor model.
