Presentazione degli expertises e delle ricerche avanzate presenti nella " Rete NUTRHEFF (Nutraceutical Health Enhancing Functional Foods), the CNR network on nutraceutical and functional food research" del Dipartimento di Scienze Bioagroalimentari. La lecture ha illustrato i migliori risultati ottenuti recentemente dai ricercatori afferenti alla rete, con lo scopo di divulgare le potenzialità di ricerca e trasferimento tecnologico delle attività in svolgimento al CNR nel campo degli alimenti funzionali e dei nutraceutici.
