Global warming is deeply changing the Alpine glacial landscape. The Monte Rosa massif, and in particular the Belvedere glacial basin, confirms this dramatic trend. This paper reports the most significant results of the studies carried out by the Authors depicting the evolution of the Belvedere Glacier during the last 20 years.
