The scope of the work is to determine the dependence of the reflection coefficient R (for W with projectiles of Ne) as the incident angle varies at moderate -low roughness with the attempt to have a confirmation of the experimental data by the simulated results so that the work in the present report focused mainly on the simulation of the reflected ions by a rough surface with a constant aspect ratio.
