The conceptual framework of this paper refers to team teaching as "a creative and thoughtful mechanism for fostering a dynamic student-centred learning environment", as Partridge and Hallam (2005) considered. Our practical experience concerns the development of two online courses following the ADDIE model. Their conception is summarized in six steps: analysis of the virtual learning environment, reflection on course design, e-teaching and team teaching, syllabus definition, implementation, assessment, monitoring and evaluation. The experience ended in June 2008 and a reflection was carried out immediately afterwards. The activities accomplished show how successful knowledge sharing is in cooperative teaching and how cooperation in a teaching team can empower and facilitate teachers' (as well as learners') work.

Abstract
The conceptual framework of this paper refers to team teaching as "a creative and thoughtful mechanism for fostering a dynamic student-centred learning environment", as Partridge and Hallam (2005) considered. Our practical experience concerns the development of two online courses following the ADDIE model. Their conception is summarized in six steps: analysis of the virtual learning environment, reflection on course design, e-teaching and team teaching, syllabus definition, implementation, assessment, monitoring and evaluation. The experience ended in June 2008 and a reflection was carried out immediately afterwards. The activities accomplished show how successful knowledge sharing is in cooperative teaching and how cooperation in a teaching team can empower and facilitate teachers' (as well as learners') work.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
