ESTRATTO_MycoKey Project -24 Months Report: Work Package 9 Project Management

Project Management aims to ensure the project governance and efficient communication at internal and external levelto reach the following objectives: o ensuring strategic governance and implementation of the project; o achieving project's objectives, by managing project activities and monitoring risks; o consolidating an effective and efficient partnership to enhance the EU-China dialogue; o managing innovation process. The Coordination and project management will last for the entire duration of the project, aiming at ensuring its technical and administrative governance, through a continuous attention to its entire cycle, by applying PDCA (plan, do, check,act) approach and including project boards and intellectual property management. The Coordinator and WP leaders will play a strong role to ensure the application of project management tools, to stimulate internal communication and interaction, through periodic meetings and an internal web-based workplace.
