Coved-type electrocardiographic (ECG) pattern of patients with Brugada syndrome (BrS) is secondary to action potential lengthening in the right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) epicardium. This may be approximated by activation-recovery interval (ARI), a marker of local repolarization dispersion.
