In this study, two isolates of S. cupressi, BM-138-000515 andBM-138-000234, were retrieved from the Italian NationalResearch Council of Sesto Fiorentino (Florence, Italy) CNRIPSP-FTFC mycological collection (https:// biome mory. cnr.it/ colle ctions/ CNR- IPSP- FTFC/). These two isolates havebeen cultured from symptomatic tissue of Cupressus sempervirenslocated in Kos island (Grece) in 1984.
