This TR describes the general design of M.A.T.R.C. Project - Communications and position buoy connected to the Proteus Vehicle. The buoy is a modular system connected to the vehicle with a motorized winch and an ethernet cable. The system has also a GPS sensor used to give a position of the vehicle and a wifi link for the surface station.
