The project proposal DTT, Divertor Tokamak Test facility, is able to represent an innovative and thorough proposal in the road map towards the implementation of energy from controlled thermonuclear fusion. The project involved about hundred researchers from Italian and foreign universities and laboratories. The project was approved by the Italian authorities, based on a financial plan based on ministerial and regional financing and on a wide European support obtained within the framework of the European Plan for Infrastructure Investments. Aim of this publication is to provide the key overall data of the complex and articulated project as appears after the revision phase carried out in the recent past.
