Formare alla scrittura di atti amministrativi più chiari e comprensibili: un caso di studio

Improving both the editorial and substantive quality of acts issued by public administrations is among the primary objectives of the 2022–2026 Simplification Agenda. This initiative is embedded within the mission of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), which devotes particular attention to the simplification and digitalization of public administration activities. Raising awareness among public officials regarding the importance of drafting clear and concise administrative acts remains a matter of considerable relevance and urgency, despite the numerous initiatives undertaken in recent years. With the aim of innovating training methods and tools, and thereby enhancing the quality of administrative acts, a new instructional model has been piloted.
