Creating a single national benchmark for the energy and environmental assessment of buildings is essential to make a real change in the standard practice and in the real estate market towards a higher quality and sustainable buildings. The voluntary label ESIt-Edilizia Sostenibile Italia, was started to meet this need. ESIt, established by ITC-CNR together with iiSBE Italia and IRcCOS, is intended to represents the Italian system in organizations connecting the different sustainability certification systems at national, European and international level.
La creazione di un riferimento unico a livello italiano per la valutazione della qualità ambientale ed energetica degli edifici è imprescindibile per ottenere una reale trasformazione della prassi costruttiva e del mercato immobiliare verso una maggiore sostenibilità. ESIt - Edilizia Sostenibile Italia, marchio di qualità volontario, nasce per rispondere a questa esigenza. Promossa da ITC-CNR insieme ad iiSBE Italia e ad IRcCOS ESIt rappresentare il sistema Italia nelle organizzazioni che raccordano le certificazioni di sostenibilità nazionali, europee e mondiali.
