The aim of this article is to illustrate the objective of the European project Edilmap, that is a transfer of innovation initiative oriented to the identification and formalization of new competences and professional profiles in the domain of green economy in building construction. The innovation to be transferred is represented by the methodological approach adopted in a project promoted by Calabria Region concerning the capitalization of tacit knowledge in the domain of goldsmith handcraft.
