Service dependability of Italian High Speed railway system: modeling and preliminary evaluation

In this paper a dependability model is proposed in order to predict the effect of failures on the service quality of a transit system. The model has been developed for analysing the Italian High Speed railway system and applied to the Turin-Milan line.
