Abstract
Taking advantage of vibrational contrast, a label-free imaging useful for single cell investigation, can be obtained by stimulated Raman scattering. In this work, the successful realisation of a nonlinear microscope, not available commercially, based on stimulated Raman scattering is described. In order to demonstrate the feasibility of this approach, images of polystyrene beads are reported. Finally, preliminary images of adipocyte cells are carried out, too.File in questo prodotto:
